Personalised support to help you heal and rebuild after heartbreak. Heartbreak can leave you feeling shaken, stuck in cycles of overthinking, or unsure how to move forward. These one-to-one sessions are designed to support you through the deeper layers of breakup recovery — helping you process what you’re feeling, understand relationship patterns, and begin to feel more like yourself again. We go beyond simply talking about what happened. This is a space to work through the emotional impact of the breakup, regain a sense of stability, and begin to outgrow the patterns and pain that have been keeping you stuck — so you can move forward with clarity and self-trust. Each session is tailored to you — your experiences, your pace, and what you most need right now. Together, we may work on processing the breakup, finding clarity and closure, recognising and breaking patterns that keep you in relationships that don’t truly work for you, rebuilding confidence and emotional resilience, and moving forward in a way that feels more grounded and aligned. Guided by the Sanctuary Rebuild Method™, this work is calm, intuitive, and gently structured — helping you understand what you’re feeling, release what you’re holding, and rebuild your sense of self. There’s no pressure and no judgement — just a calm, confidential space where you can move through this at your own pace. A small, supportive group (limited to 6 participants) Designed to help you rebuild your confidence, emotional strength, and sense of self after heartbreak. If your mind won’t switch off, you feel stuck in cycles of overthinking, or unsure how to move forward, this space offers calm, structured support to help you make sense of what you’re feeling — and begin to feel more like yourself again. The Exhale Sessions
Online support for emotional overwhelm, anxiety, and breakup recovery

Online weekly support for emotional overwhelm, stress, and breakup recovery. Every Sunday from 11am -12pm. A calm, shared online space where you can join quietly alongside others — with no expectation to speak or be seen. Designed to support you through emotional overwhelm, overthinking, and the stress that often follows a breakup or difficult period, these sessions help you feel more grounded, soothed, and able to cope — even when everything feels like too much. Each session gently guides you through a combination of practices such as somatic breathing, guided writing, meditation, and visualisation — helping to regulate your nervous system and bring you back to a calmer, more centred state. Think of this as a space to pause, reset, and reconnect with yourself. There’s no pressure, no expectations, and no judgement. Come exactly as you are. Cameras are optional, and you’re welcome to simply listen or take part in whatever way feels right for you. No introductions, no forced sharing — just a calm space to land. You can join when you need support, and skip sessions when you don’t — no commitment, no obligation. After booking, you’ll receive your session link with everything you need to join.
