A gentle 20-minute session where you can talk openly, feel supported, and start making sense of what’s happened — no pressure, no need to have it all figured out. We can explore where you’re at, what you might need, and how to take one small step forward. Reset and Rise: The Rebuild Series

Because crying in the bath isn’t a long-term recovery plan... Let me help you heal, rebuild, and reclaim your confidence after your relationship breakup. My 6 week, online course brings together a small, compassionate group for expert guidance, emotional tools and the space to rewrite your future. Without judgement or expectation I'll support you through every stage of your breakup recovery using a blend of techniques to help you process your experience and start piecing yourself back together. Together, we'll break-free from those limiting beliefs, clear the fog, untangle the emotional knots and carve out your beautiful new future. Recovery Nurturing Sessions

Your Sunday sanctuary at 11am -your emotional exhale. No pressure, expectations or judgement. Whether you’re mourning a long relationship or a 2-week situationship with intense eye contact, these compassionate and comforting online sessions will hold space for you. Each session is designed to make sense of the emotional chaos, helping you to feel calmer, soothed and just a little more like you no matter how tough things seem right now. A combination of gentle practices such as somatic breathing, guided writing, meditation, visualisation, restorative sleep routines and trauma-release techniques among others will all help to make you feel more centred. Think of it as 'nervous system rehab'... Come as you are, cameras optional, no ice breakers, share or listen, no pressure to be fresh and fabulous; PJs-in-your-duvet-burrito are more than welcome. Once upon a breakup...

After enduring yet another failed relationship, I needed nothing short of a liferaft-league-plan to save me from my feelings.  I'd been here often enough to know that during the next few months my heart would hold me hostage; days would become long and the nights sleepless king apart the memories as if I could rewrite the ending by understanding every interaction, the pity-party playlists, the forced optimism around friends and the endless internal negotiations that tried to keep me afloat, insisting I don't text the ex. A lifeline that I would sever by day 3. But this time, I wasn’t just going to let it take me under.  This time I wasn't going to just get over some guy, I don’t know if it was the fear of despair or the dread of dragging myself through months of misery that made me so determined to do things differently. I had had enough. This time, I wasn’t going to fake it till I made it, slapping on a pitiful rebrand and hoping a new haircut and something other than leggings might magically summon a rebound romance from my freshly re-downloaded dating app. No—this time was going to be different. This was going be raw, ground-breaking - total phoenix from the ashes stuff - nothing short of a fucking personal revolution.   And that is how the "Breakup Sanctuary' was forced into creation.  All of my hard-won wisdom and survival strategies born from way-too-many nightmarish relationships have turned into a toolkit I now happily share — because if anyone’s going to make those mistakes worth it, it might as well be you!
