These Terms and Conditions govern the use of services provided by Breakup Sanctuary.

By booking a session or purchasing a programme, you agree to the following terms.

1. Services
Breakup Sanctuary provides therapeutic support, coaching, and wellbeing services designed to support individuals through relationship breakups and emotional recovery. These services are not a substitute for medical or psychiatric care.

2. Booking and Payment
All sessions and programmes must be booked and paid for in advance via the designated booking platform. Prices are listed in GBP and may be subject to change.

3. Cancellations and Rescheduling
At least 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule a session. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may not be refunded.

4. Refunds
Due to the nature of therapeutic and digital services, refunds are not typically offered once a session or programme has been purchased. Exceptions may be considered at discretion.

5. Client Responsibility
Clients are responsible for their own wellbeing and participation. Results may vary depending on individual circumstances and engagement.

6. Confidentiality
All sessions are treated as confidential, except where disclosure is required by law or where there is a risk of harm to the client or others.

7. Limitation of Liability
Breakup Sanctuary is not liable for any decisions made or actions taken by clients following sessions or use of services.

8. Changes to Terms
These terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
